180deg celcius the module will be released. Or heat the whole system above 180deg celcius, and release the module by picking the PCB (not the shields) There is a socket designed for the module as well did you know? b.r. Arjan

James The machine will do it. If the machine calibration is questionable take the time and recalibrate it. Use local fiducials and place it as one of the last parts.
