Has anyone tried to get conformal coating under a BGA? (large package MPC555). There is a concern with ionic/metal bridges developing between contacts due to accumulation of dust/humididty. Final product is Class 3 (aerospace). Thanks, Carol

Oh, I see, concerning the fee. Sorry. Running NitroCool without N2 is possible, but cooling performance will be weak. You will want to get the higest flow out of the blowers. Try taking it all apart to remove bits that abstruct flow. Good luck.
