I was informed by a UK solder distributer that you can buy a "paint" and carry out the process yourself quite easily. I Also have spoken to Solbraze a Uk manufacturer of solder baths that can help.

you could do a capability analysis on the printer.....setup the printer with your print parameters and select a metric (say paste volume deposited) and find out Cp and Cpk values

I was looking for an stencil design for a 0.5mm pitch uBGA. Pad size is 0.38mm in diameter. We have been using 5mil stencil with type 3 no clean paste. What size aperture should we be using? Any suggestions?

The generic name for these is Hairpin Clip. Get the dimensions you need and buy them by the hundreds from a hardware supplier. Jerry
