Your missing the point. The placement machine is the primary issue. Does this toy even say it can handle that component? If you have the ability try slowing the machine down when it is placing that component. Slow X, Y, and Theta axis. Jerry

If I were you, I will check the frontPC and rearPC. Are both of them running? For me, last time have issue with a TBF card - burned out. That is why power supply had burned fuse. Card and fuse replaced and the machine works again.

If you have the old belt, you can measure it up and see if Midwest industrial rubber(MIR-belting.com) can make what you need. Just a thought.

Is there a standard that gives criteria for cracks in Ferrite Cores? I have reviewed Jstd-oo1 G and IPC 610 G and do not see a specific reference to Ferrites. Thanks for your help
