Good morning all, I was wondering if there is a solderability spec or something our purchasing department can order the parts to? Id like to be getting in the best (cleanest, tinned) parts possible to rule out any problems with that before I start at

The Red-E set tooling is the lightest that we have found on the market. A key metric when attaching to a moving XY table like that of the 4791 HSP. Simple, lightweight, relatively inexpensive. I can't find many issues with that. T. Vick

I hear ya Ray, but I have standard (automatic) solder dispenser that are 700gram modules. Jars have other issues that I have migrated away from... I like your idea of slaving the paste bar code label to the board scanner....
