I would scrap it. As you said part of it is going to be old paste. All manufacturers don't recommend mixing old with new paste because you change the rheology of the paste.

We used to use Butyl-glycol then I ran out and someone said it was no longer available. or maybe it was cheaper without it. After you use that you clean off the Butyl-glycol with IPA (Isopropyl alcohol)

I have reverse engineered both the 730 and 740 machines the only part outstanding is the multiple boards per panel which other users said is done on the machine. These 2 formats are yet to be generally released. You are correct, it was not easy to do

We had that problem a few months ago with one of ours. Had to replace both y-axis motors and the tech said it's a common problem with the Opal-XII.

Thank you for advice, But main concern how to detect the problems with BGA on SMT line, and how I can validate "good" or "bad" profile. PS: SPC said that process Cpk 2, temperature profile in the upper spec limit for TAL and peak temperature.

Like SWAG said most of them are on the datasheets from the manufacturer, the hard way is to get the caliper an start measuring the component, other is the autoteach function in the machine, does your machine has that option?
