I have few problems below, 1.I had problem with clean glue stencil at the midle of the process and after the process. 2.Very hard to Fix the bridging on the (close pin) connectors through the wave. Anyone can help on this. Thanks Van

Robert: Consider requesting samples of different sized solder balls from a variety of suppliers, solder them to dummy boards, and compare the size of reflowed balls to your spec. Then you could buy based on results. My2� Dave F

looking for anybody that has constant problems with their equipment. I need advice on whether it is a known problem or if it simply human error. I have 2 gsm's line's need to get production way up, and have repeatability on a constant basis.
