Problem solved. Thru the help of MyData support we have determined that older MyDatas have a software issue with the servo drivers. A newer rev of driver will fix this problem.

change the x/y ribbon cable's.....you will probably find one of those are going bad. good luck

oh....bye the way....there are dip switches on the driver cards that need set correctly when swapping them.....i hope you set the correct switches when swapping or you probably will never get it to work.

AOI does nothing to decrease the failures. It only helps to spot them. Fix your problems and you won't need an AOI.

Thanks for your answers. What I am thinking is after reflow AOI doesn't make sense. May be it is helpful only before that - show you the problems , may be repair station or something like that. What do you think about that?
