How is the accuracy of the Mydata? I have heard if the vision codes are not just right it places parts all over the place. We need to do 0402's in volume on some boards.

Have alot of exp. on both mydata and philips/assembleon. My preference would be the assembleon. Maintenance is light and they run forever. New software on assembleon is excellant. Customer support is one of the best i have delt with. mrmaint

Hi, If you mechanically center, then you cannot use the HYDRA head, so you only place one 0201 at a time. That's not a great solution, so you need the MYDATA to be stable with vision. I think whichever machine has better vision would be the choice.

My friend, Are you located in South America?? If yes, I am responsible for all MYDATA training in this area and I can help you (anetto@envoy.com.br) If you are not in South America, please contact MYDATA at http://www.mydata.com, they can help you.

hI rOB, try considering Essemtec FLX 2020V or the 2030V. It is probably better than MyDATA. regards
