One of my customers has asked about concerns, comments, ideas about putting 0402 packages on bottom side of the board. The process will be no clean with reflow/reflow. If anybody out there has some experience or concerns please comment. Regards

Doug: If the metal content of your NC paste is about 50% (by weight) there is no difference netween stencils for NC and other flux type pastes. And those are in the SMTnet archives. Good luck and happy searching Dave F

Kapton Tape should not leave a residue. But Ive seem cheap Kapton do that. Anyways I have gotten a stencil cleaner soldevent to clean off tape residue (Multicore has a good one) It will meet IPC. Chris

Hi, I would appreciate some help here.. I am black residue with my wave soldering provess with my Electrovert machine sometimes, they are dotted all over the board ! I am also using no clean flux through an externel spry fluxer unit.. thanks Darren
