Sorry Keith but is not possible to place 0201 parts on the CP43 machine. THe XY table is not tight enough on the resolution or the Z height. The parts camera will not be able to tell the part from the nozzle. THe CP6-4000 machine can not do 0201 part

This might be totally wrong but if your using a 16 pitch reel in a 8 pitch feeder you are going to have to feed the feeder twice before it will be advanced far enough. This should be in your F4G or MCS30.

I got more into the detial on this and for the Fuji Mulit-Job Balancer it is not supported for the CP43. And Rodion Pronin I will be visiting your site or contacting you this week or next hopefully.

Double check if the part's rotation happened before camera or after (pre-rotation). Make sure no grease on rotation clutch.

Also try deleting all unused programs from the machine's memory. Sounds stupid, but we have a CP-3 that likes to misalign components if it has more than 6 or 7 programs stored in memory.
