I have to agree with you. We do go by piece rate not by time. Also who is supposed to make a process, the Man.Eng., or the lead? I would think the Man. Eng and the lead should make sure everyone is following it?

AutoProgram has no password. I did a fresh install of AutoProgram from the original factory floppy disks. There are no passwords, nor any way of assigning passwords. Have you ever used AutoProgram?

I have seen it done exactly the way you do it and I think spraying will be better than dipping. However the best way is still to have your fluxer fixed and working.

Good advices. What do you think of using a gravity paint spray gun? somebody recommend it to me, it will still depend on the operator but at least it would be more constant.. make sense? Saludos
