bake the pcba, continue with the aqueous cleaning but after the cleaning bake them in a circulated oven. we do that with some of our pcbs here we use a water base flux, we clean it and then we bake them for 10 minutes at 190F

Hello, APS GF-12 Reflow oven somehow asking to Auto Tune before going on Work mode. I tried Auto Tuning and it is running for last 3 days continually and nothing happened. Can anybody help me to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

We run double sided boards that have large SMT electrolytic caps on the top side using the same profile for both sides. The trick is to do the bottom side first, then the top side. That way you do not need to glue down the large caps.

That is why we don't care if it is Top or Bottom. We call them first (process) side and second (process) side. Often you will have tall and heavy parts on both sides, so you will have to glue them.

I'm not too experienced with this but what about an air-blast with an ionized air source such as an air knife above and below a conveyor to push most of the fluid off of the pcba then run through an oven just above vaporization temperature.
