They have a software called JaNets to do that. I only briefly worked for a couple of months with Juki, but JaNets did what you are asking for. Most likely you will need licence from Juki for that. Regards, Tom

The Fuzion HC will do that many parts depending on the tape width. 8mm is dual per lane, big ones can take up a lot of lanes. Our boards have that many parts and I use two machines (gx11 and a gc30). I think the Panasonic is probably a better option

The tapping noise is what you hear when Hydra taps each tool on the tool bank to make sure the tips are seated well. The error is a Z-motor problem. The gear is at the top of the Hydra and needs grease. Have you cleaned the old grease and applied new
