Why, just the other day someone asked me if that was a fisherman in my pocket. Happy Friday! Oh, wait, it's Thursday. I forget *most* people don't get tomorrow off. ;)

That is right, the USA does suck. They are a bunch of bassturds that spout how graet they are without doing anything about it. Look at them now I now they are almost gone and together we can stifle the life out of them. It is good to know Canada

My specific gripe is with the following statement: "Since the U.S., and thanks to Bush and his like,..." The debate as to why he's in this pickle could go on for a very long time and it doesn't have anything to do with resolving his problem.

I agree with Steve. I figured this original post just an ambiguous question to support a political soap box. Seems to be working, since we all know surface mount placing in the US prevents medicine form reaching babies in other countries.

Is there any benchmarking / report available on the industry regarding to the application of leadfree solder Sn(99%)/Ag(0.3%)/Cu(0.7%) e.g. Alpha Metals SACX0307 compared to SAC305? Thanks! Daniel

Of course it is needless to say the performance of SACX0307 is worse than SAC305, and also to some other lead free solders,eg SN100C & SCS7.

I know that Manncorp is the Autotronik machine re-branded. Another post mentioned Manncorp provides service for the Dima brand in USA as well. Does this mean they are all essentially the same machine? Who is the OEM? Thanks, Jason

Where are you measuring your temperature at? Are you measuring pad/ball interface temp through a hole in the board, or a lead on a different part, or board surface, or.....?
