I have to agree with the fat green guy. And with Real Chunks too. You should also run a matte mask on your board. This will help in preventing shorts.

PPS caps absolutely do not like washing. It would appear the structure/chemistry of these things makes them sponges. We don't know if that leads specifically to delamination.

I ran into the same thing several months ago, I increased my reflow zone temp 10 degrees and this corrected the problem. For some reason it has somthing to do with the plating on the component. I don't know what part you are running but Some of the M
