Looking for a thru hole part that you can solder a wire or leaded part to. I remember using them in the past - but the name escapes me. It had a forked end that the lead would fit into. Any help appreciated.

There is no specification for solder paste height, just as there is no specification for paste volume. Focus on producing a fillet that meets J-STD-001. You make the choices that produce the end result.

There may not be an exit cell. Some go by timing. But double check your set-up. Make sure you didn't flag for an exit cell - not sure this is your problem. It also could be your timing. You can simply turn off the the dropped board warning optio
