My company uses MPulse. Not terribly complicated. Inputting all the assets, Inventory, Instructions for the task etc. is time consuming in the beginning, but worth it.

What I would ask before actually answering your question is, what is the smallest footprint/pad which can be pressure dispensed/jet printed? Regards, Tom.

Jet printing can reach 80um, whereas contact dispensing is 0.3mm I believe. 0402 pads are 0.6x0.5mm.

And I can set deposits down to 34 um on our my500. I do not have the exact numbers in front of me on the my700 or Essemtec, but they will both be better than that.

The Juki is showing and error code of 696007 and is also saying to go to the control panel to set date and time which is not letting the machine run.
