I have an Ersa Hotflow 5 reflow oven. I think someone rewired the cooling fan. It is constantly running. I am not able to open the hood with the buttons either. Does anyone have the manual? I would like to get copies of it or the wiring diagrams. Any

ersa is one of the best machine in the industry now. However, price and after sales service is no good. I suggest you buy a low cost China made reflow oven. I know China made reflow oven cost at $20k for a 5 zones lead free Arman

Who can blame anyone for having lousy service in China when there's twenty companies selling cheap throw away ovens for $20K new. What's surprising is why would BTU, Ersa, Vitronics and Heller even try to sell over there anymore.
