MC Master has something similar but you pressurize the chamber with a nipple then have the unit disconnected from air.

second the kapton tape. Another tape we use alot of is powder coat tape (a tan color) because it has excellent heat resistance and a good adhesive that does not leave residue.

Hi. We have some problems with FCP643, the problem is when make a zero de axes CAM does not stop rotating and does not finish the zero and when rotating is makes it slow. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks.

I don't know the CP6's that well but on earlier CP's there is a flag that rotates with the CAM. That flag has 2 sensors that are used to get rough zero. Check that they are working correctly. Jerry

Sorry no. Check the pocket on the door for the controller. Usually there is a printout of a proper for that machine. You can them type in the numbers. This would be better than a proper from another machine as it has the calibration of your machi

Thanks for you reply. I ended up finding a CD that contained them. Our S25 has developed an electrical fault. We've had to take it out of service.

Has the part not got a pad underneath and therefore the flow up the castellated side doesn't have to be as crucial?
