What would be the best router to use that would allow clearance on the top side for large components and long wires on the top side of the board? High volume so must be fast.

Temporary SMT Jumpers

Electronics Forum | Tue Jan 03 15:08:36 EST 2012 | joetest

I need a clean and simple-to-remove part that will temporarily connect one portion of a board to another portion .25" away. The ideal jumper wouldn't require desoldering or leaving parts behind, like a fuse holder. Is there such a thing?

You can buy the kit from DEK direct and it contains self assembly instructions, changed ours in under 15 mins - no need to send it back for repair. Key for durability, is using the correct pressure!!!

SMT Tooling

Electronics Forum | Thu Jan 12 15:36:59 EST 2012 | swag

I've got specialized tooling I'm building for SMT processing. It requires a 0.125" thick sheet of high temp. silicon rubber cut to shape. Does anyone know of someone who can cut silicon sheets to a specific pattern/design?
