This is a defect in all IPC classes. Solder has not wetted to the land where solder is required.

The MTU has it's own proper data file. You need to send that to the MTU.

The amplifier has probably gone bad. I have had to replace a few over the years. Swap it with another machine if you have one. good luck

We have a bunch of Flexjet 1220 nozzles with worn rubber tips. The rubber tip comes off and looks replaceable but I assume UIC or COT wants to sell you the whole nozzle. Has anyone ever replaced the nozzle tip or are they available?

I think this part has terrible thermal balance. I assume in reflow process the part is bending so much that it will cause the shorts you see. I would suggest you get one of these beautiful hi temp cameras and record the reflow process. This video sho
