Nice picture. What's that snot on the solder in the bottom left of the picture? I'd guess that this ribbon cable wants to be hot bar soldered.

Hey, I'd try it. Well maybe not me personally, but one of the peeps, one with some touch and skill. Buying, setting-up and using a hot bar soldering machine is not rocket science, but who needs it, if you don't have to?

I have never use it, but I know autosplice has machines that can break them automatically, I don know how they work but I know that some people in my area use these machines for the same process as you. Hope it helps.

It is correct to remove moisture in PCB by baking. But I think the time and temperature is too little. According to our experience, it should be more than 60min at 120 centigrade degrees.

After fooling around with it, I was able to clear that error. I didn't know that I had to assign nozzels to each part, I though the feeder assignment would do that. I appreciate the reply.
