We also have 2 ACE machines. Great machines, good support. Keep them clean and do the maintenance on the solder pots and pumps and you'll have no issues.

We own two KISS 305 machines from ACE. Extremely happy with the machine. More so, with thier support. The support is the best from any vendor I deal with which is a critical part of our operations. Another thing is thier continuing R & D work. They

Dear colleagues, can anyone tell me who manufactures or where can I source the (IEC 286-6 and EIAJ 7201) standard bulk cassettes for SMD components? I have googled a lot without success... Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Bulk cassettes are not readily available because they're purchased by component suppliers, provided to their customers full of fly shit and when empty they're returned to the component supplier for refill. Try Topline or your bulk component supplier

Thanks for the reply. I sent Topline a question about this. However, I am looking for a original supplier of the cassettes - there must be a supplier who makes the cassettes for the SMD companies?

Excellent information - thank you! I sent Murata a question about this through their webpage, and I hope I get an answer. Meanwhile, if anyone has any more information about a specific cassette manufacturer - it is more than welcome!
