basically your problems come from the copper balance top and bottom side we are using substrate down to 0.18mm (semiconductor industry/ Bga package / SIp business) you have to respect 5% difference maximum between Top and bottom side otherwise you

The normal price for new printer like DEK ELA is about US$ 45K TO 55K Depending on the dealer. MPM would be higher. China made printer is much cheaper and quality is almost the same as well known maker. If you want second hand I would suggest MPM
