How old are these machines. When I wrote the code it was blind from example files . I didn't even realize it was an axial inserter.

If you need me to do any corrections to this code to make it more workable, contact me via email on the address on my webpage. Now that I know the machine is a radial inserter the XYR's are probably wrong as they were assumed to be for an SMT machine

Hi.. Spoiltforchoice.. Thanks for your comments. Yes this system uses a parallel port Protect key and drivers for the same are already installed and that generates a "Hinstd.dll", and it is there in the syatem32 folder. but my software installation

In my case most of the PCBs are OSP finishing and worst case of MSD component on bottom side is level 3 (168 hours). You mean that PCB shelf life with bottom side assembled shoud be 84 hours?

If solderability is the only concern, then there is no standard time. Multiple factors involving OSP thickness, Flux activation levels, profile parameters, storage environment will drive the problem. You just need to perform tests to determine your m
