One thing to consider is the length of the leads protruding from the solder side of the PCB will have an effect. Longer leads will be more prone to bridging than shorter leads with the same spacing.

If someone can find a RoHS specific standard I would be interested. IPC-2221 nor 2222 separate leaded from lead free (that I could see). Charlie

Whats the best way to joint a broken conveyor drive belt? Ive tried a rubber glue which lasts for a short time and tried touching both sides to an iron tip and then holding together, again with poor results.

Hello experts, what would you recommend as a standard practice for stencil replacement? I am having here a stencil from 2004 that is worn out enough and has a small dent on the image, but still have to prove why I want to change it.

Show that it is cheaper to replace than to make bad boards that need rework. Surely you can get QC to complain about the boards pasted with that stencil.

Hey man, can you please suggest what you do for traceability system to count cycles of the stencil. Is there any special setup for that or just a Excel sheet with formulas.?

Never heard of any traceability requirements for stencil cycles. The SPI machine should be the judge of how your print process is performing.
