The first time i resolved it i just did a normal maintenance and i thought that the motors where overloaded from old grease. But now this is not the case cause this came just 2 weeks after the maintenance.

and during that normal maintenance did you move motor cables and connectors? or motor controller board cables/connectors? you need to give us some more info on what you did there...

OK guys i finally traced the error it was the R-Axis motor rolling bearing. It broke so the motor could not start.

Try adjusting the light and in you pick list choose the center or side view for the vision system that work best for the size for the part. Also playing try different package type may work better , that is creating the same package under different ca

OK, one more question about our MPM. When we flip the table lock switch it does not seem to lock very tight. XY adjustments can still be made even with the lock on? Suggestions??
