David, I can say this we have 2 vision systems Orbotech and Omron. Both working OK but there is a problem with both....They find a solderballs in board and there is no solderballs! Otherwise can not tell what is a best system. Regards, MadReind

If you are having problems with missing, misplaced RLC on your Fuji CP you should take a look at your board supports in the machine. Lack of or improper board support and bad feeders are the most common causes of misplaced RLC's.

We screen print on half of our 15 lines with no problems. We're currently using Ciba 7275, but are looking to change to Loctite 3616 (lower cost).
