$18-$25 per/hour . . . depending on experience, age, sex, and race. Just kidding about the last three.

My company runs an older TP9 machine that has had a few problems due to the old age but their tech support has been VERY good. I would recommend Mydata to anybody.

Global warming? Hmmm, seems to me the Earth has been getting warmer ever since the Ice Age. Seriously, do you believe lead is a major contributor to global warming or just a severe right wing nut?

Squeegee pressure or height, snap off, the age and/or condition of the paste and the condition/cleanliness of the stencil are about all I can come up with, unless you got a new stencil and you changed the design parameters or they made it wrong.

Because some lead free solders are very corrosive to anything but titanium. Also "clean it very well" is kind of a crap shoot, isn't it? Did you get your solder tested for impurities and lead %age after you did the swap?

I agree with verifing this part is even high temp reflow compatible. The age of the original dwg release, 1986, and as there is no mention of high temp reflow compatibility, only a mat'l call out of nylon, leads me to think it is not.

List in attachment. If you carefully read the list the EU is planning to go back to the Stone Age. No further comments.

Try looking at Chart Industries. They offer HASS/HALT chambers that are capable of reaching the paramaters that you are looking for. Will require a nitrogen supply for the cooling end.We had a 3000gal tank of liquid nitrogen to feed two chambers.
