You have to keep the oil containers for the chains loaded with oil. The procedure is automatic and you will run it based on your usage. Other than that our 10zone Pyramax is running for 5years without any failure.

That is amazing nozzle life. One thing you did not mention is the amount of usage. We have a product we run two shifts, 6 days a week; we typically get a month out of one nozzle. We make our own in house.

I have a MS level 3 component that has been on the shelf for 7 years. Should it be baked before usage. The HIC card reads ok- and it was stored with desiccant. History of the part is unknown, was purchased from franchised distribution.

This is caused by usage. Excessive squeegee pressure can make it worse over time.It will become more pronounced on thinner stencils. Unless it is causing printing defects, don't worry about it in my opinion.

From what I have seen it will be based on thickness, material and usage. Sometimes will be product dependent if the you have a marginal process. We used to change stencils every 2-3weeks for a high runner. Other than that follow Sr.Tech's advice.

I would go through your placement list and see what parts are your high runners and start with those, the ones that get changed most often.
