My first guess is that the plating in the barrel (via) has failed and allowed laminate/epoxy egress into the barrel and out to the surface of the board. Just a guess based on the picture.... 'hege

Can a ROHS PCB with ROHS solder paste can be cleaned in same basin/sink when Non-ROHS solder paste PCB are cleaned? Any detail procedure or cleaning technics for NON ROHS Solder Paste PCB VS ROHS Solder based PCB?

I think the CP11 model machine might be a little uncommon. Would anyone be willing to share a pdf for the Quad 1000? The Quad 1000 was based on this machine's predecessor, the Samsung CP10. They look very similar so I think the manual would help. T

You can just get any ultrasonic bath - the ones they use for jewelry will work. Just get the right size based on your largest boards.

Motor Error 5 is usually an interlock error. Take off the rear right cover and look at the red and green led's on the driver cards. If they are both lit....you have a door open or if you have carts....a feeder base switch is up. Good Luck
