I guess i might want to throw this in for future reference. After speaking with our board supplier he states that this mask is fully cured when it reaches approximately 180C. I beleive this since we usually probe the repaired area after putting the

Thermally conductive epoxies are rarely used to hold components in-place. They are more likely used as fillers between two surfaces. Yes, single part glues without an activator are available that are suitable for screen printing or dispensing. Som

Hi Charlie, In case you're processing large quantities of lumileds you may want to have a look at the Assembleon FS machine. It is an FCM machine of only half the length with some dedicated robots on it. In stead of all Pick&Place robots it 2 dispen

Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply. I have checked the former thread you gave to me. But I think it's totally not the same thing. I want to know, when we see the component spec -- 260 centigrade 10secs, the 260 centigrade means what? It's the environme

Did you like the FormFlex tooling as far as support goes? I would be more inclined to spend the set up time if we got better support. As of now we have about 30min, between runs so the set up time isnt as important as the cost and the support is. We

We worked with 3-4 revisions of the form-flex and they all had problems with stuck pins or pins that just wouldn't come out (due to leaks). The Form flex was pneumatic and hydraulic and worked well for awhile (2-3 weeks)but never seemed to last much

I would get a demo set of the form flex (they will probably give you it for at least a few weeks hopefully a month) and check it out. They could be much more reliable than when I tested them. I would definately take a working form-flex over a working
