Hi guys, Which brand of offline AOI is better? Any advice? My budget is around 40K USD. Now i'm looking at Marantz (Japan), Jutze (China) and Magicray (China).

board input sensor sensitivity? maybe conveyor movement triggers it and because of that it sends pulse. conveyor moves few millimeters, how does machine act?

that sounds like bad relay or relay control. are you in position to check it on relay pins? I would go from there.

Hi, my 2cent.. u could try to check the sensibility of the camera board stop sensor.. maybe it detect something i.e support block.. do reply when u found the actual root cause.. thanks..

When you attach multiple modules to the manifold, this is the only one that screws up ? It sounds like something maybe hooked up backwards.

Phil, I had the same problem with my Gridlok blocks. Contact Jean Schroy at Henderson Industries in Bethlehem, PA (610-758-9263). They refurbished the three that I had and they have been working perfectly ever since. Best Regards

I bet you it is a gasket that needs to be aligned or replaced(also could be as broken tube, if any). The only question is, how far you should dig in to find it? I would say, keep disassembling.

One of the wonderful things about a part going obsolete, if you have stock often the price will rise ten times over your buy, good when selling, not so good if you are running a reasonable volume on an old but good selling product! sarason

Remove,clean, re-ball(or use new part), reflow. Body of the part is designed to withstand heat that is higher than the melting point of the balls alloy.
