bean bags work great, but rarely need to be used. Are you having parts jump out when they hit the laminar, chip wave or both?

Hi, what is minimal time for fluxer to prepare for fluxing another frame ? Is it possible to run through fluxer frame after frame without any spacing between them ? Thanks for any comments, Andrzej

Is this a single PCB or a multi-up array? At the very least you should probably pick up a universal wave pallet, check out AGI or DMI. -Phil

Tony: Have a mask applied by the boardhouse which can be removed after soldering. We worked with pallets or tape but had bad luck with some boards. At present I would prefer a mask. M2C Wolfgang

I found a place that makes them and they are making some samples for me. Like anything else, I am sure there is a certain touch to placing the bean bags as to not disturb the parts. (Not sure if he uses fine Corinthian or basic cow hide ;)

LOL! I don't have to worry about that. The two guys I have probably don't even know what hacky-sack is!

Hi PeteB Do you know PeteC? Anyway, it all depends on your most sensitive part. Look up the spec sheets to determine. Most general parts can take 3 or 4 heat cycles easily.

hi, i'd like to know how do you maintain cleaness of your solder frames after production - we use both SnPb and leadfree process, we clean in alcohol and ultrasonic but the frames look white and i wonder if we do not damage the structure??? best re
