If considering CP-6 go for the model CP-642, an improvment. Most equipment have hour counters or placement counters and you'll want to get the "counts" See it running and do a qualification run before you make the purchase.

If you think the FCM is the fastest machine then may be you need to research again. Compare the FCM speed to the NP, you will see which one is faster. Anyway, I do like the gantry a lot, but for high volume, gantry still have no match with turret.

Doesn't make sense. Either your: * Oven is not operting properly [attach your profiler thermocouple to the baffle of each zone with a screw to check] ... OR * Conveyor speed is too high ... OR * Profiler is defective

Hi can anyone advise as to wether the Camalot Gemini 1 dispenser is capable of doing lines and circles as well as the high speed dots. The facility appears to be there in the software, just wondered whether anyone had tried.

It could be the servo pack. We shut down the machine sometimes back and lastly sold it. The servo pack doesn't last long. Anyway,good luck to you.
