Thanks for the info. Have you had any experience with multi-pitch BGAS. We are starting to see more BGAs with non-standard ball pitch. See attached.

Thanks Rob, in my case I will probably have it in the middle under the part and see if it really helps with the vibration. My other option is to use underfill and see how that works...just not sure how good it will flow under as the part is close to

You can see the nozzle is much wider than the part. It's possible that the camera is picking up the nozzle as part of the outline. Do you have the option to see the BINARY image?

IF the two are identical, swap the suspected bad one (#2) position 1, and see if the fuse blows before connecting the second one. Basically the same test process you describe, but swap the units first. See if the problem follows the card, or stays

there is an ajustment on the sensor itself. You may be able to adjust it so that it "sees" the board in the UP position, since it sees it as it travels in.

We recently bought an used MPM SPM screen printer. The system can not boot up correctly and terminates the program finally. During the computer booting up, I can see error massages "mouse could not be found", "abnormal program terminated", "trap 0".

Do you know how to read the I/O in the controller at your monitor? It's been too long for me to describe the process but I seem to remember that you can read the I/O and see exactly which switch is tripped, i.e., reads 1 instead of 0.
