Securing components for wave soldering

I am looking for effective ways to secure through-hole components (non-clinched) to the boards for wave soldering. Can someone share their ideas or methods? We've tried vacuum packing & tacking/masking, but there must be better ways. I'd appreciate a

i think you need to use a PCB central support. do you know that part ? it specializes in preventing PCB board from bowing during wave soldering.

Sid, Try baking the boards before running, to insure no moisture. Baking out the moisture will help prevent warping. Should you need further assistance, we supply fixtures to force the board to stay flat to reduce to thermo shock during wave solde
