Thank you for the response. It is strange that the TTG & BTG option is available on our other DEK but is not in this particular DEK. Both machines have the same software and version.

I have problem with feeder cart.I have no voltage on any of the 17 feeder connectors, and when i insert the cart in the machine i get the message that the cart is not connected. I have a voltage to one separate connector normally.

Old GC-60D is risk of failure. So Juki is more easy for repairment. For example juki has one calibration jig for head with machine but for GC-60D head you need very expensive KIT (or you need to buy service).

Hello, we have problem to install software on new hard drive, old one lost some files and can not be repaired by NT4.0 repair procedure. We have floppy with program and setup files for this machine. Thanks in advance
