As a user of Samsung (Hanwha) machines for close to 10 years now, we have yet to have any major issues at all. We've also personally not come across any component we weren't able to fairly easily place/recognize.
I definitely agree that some other MFGs have some much better CPHs and little abilities, but the maintenance is quite little with Hanwha machines and the software is very user friendly; extremely quick to get the hang of and intuitive and I have valued that more so, being in a higher mix/frequent change environment.
I also have heard from others that the feeders are quite a bit better compared to other MFGs... I've been very satisfied with ease of reel changes. I can usually disconnected a feeder, change a reel and reconnect/continue production within about 15-20 seconds.
Side note: You can change your feeders on the fly - machine never requires stopping if a reel runs out, it will just append those placements to very end so you can continue production, change reel, and finish with minimum down time. You can also add secondary feeders for frequent parts, so machine will pick from 2nd (alternative feeder) when first depletes, again saving down time.
Their service team is a bit small, but they're very knowledgeable and have a good understanding so we've yet to find ourselves requiring any major calls.
