Looking for YesTECH AOI model YTV-2000 users

I am looking for users of YesTECH AOI that would be interested in comparing notes on what minor problems you have had and how you may have figured out what you could do that didn't require YesTECH support? Or little tricks that help you make the machine work better or easier. Would you be willing to share ideas and suggestions using this forum? (We are currently using 2.7.0 software version.)

I believe there are things that YesTECH hasn't seen yet and perhaps we can find problems that many of us are experiencing and forward them to the company and they can correct them in their next software update.
