I have 2 x CP45FV, 2 X CP45-Neo FV and 2 X Tenryu FV7100V (forerunner of M2. Personally, I think the machines are about equal although CP-45 are probably easier to operate and program. The i-Pulse are a bit more eccentric and programming and operation not quite as intuitave. CP-45 has 104 feeder capacity M2 has 120
Mot sure on M2 but CP-45 no longer supported by Samsung, no more software development, no motherboards, no parts once shelf stock is gone. Also runs Win 98 so when a motherboard dies it's time consuming to find another one with ISA slots and all the drivers etc. M2 is also getting older so situation with support may be the same. You'll have to research the M2 situation yourself, but I do no there is no support for FV-7100 any more.
I like them both. The extra feeder capacity of the M2 might just tip the scales in it's favour, also the feeders are better (but harder to fix).
I guess a lot will come down to support in your area for these older machines.
