I am trying to change one of the trackballs on a Universal GSM since one stopped working. I tried a converter to USB and it did not work. Any suggestions?

Hit up eBay, and buy a ps/2 style trackball; that'll be your best option.

If it's an older machine running OS/2, it's about your only option.
