SPM MPM A unexpected error has occurred Windows has run out of resources-20601 | 29 December, 2021

I have a problem with SPM machine again when I click the SPM.exe i have a MSG error below

"A unexpected error has occurred Windows has run out of resources-20601"

I have tried deleting files and have a lot of space yet on the Hard Drive. I'm not sure what else to try. Most of the time this would come up, but I could get it to work. I have tried several hours rebooting and still get that message.

Im not sure what to try next.

Yeah, this won't be a hard drive space issue. More likely to be a memory issue or a virus or a corrupted system file. It could equally be a faulty piece of hardware and a misleading error. For instance on Windows NT, at least according to this site http://www.cvc.net/hp/WindowsNT_Error_Codes.html, error 20601 could be a port access issue
