Electrovert Econopak Plus Boot Disk | 5 January, 2024

I am in search of a boot disk for an Electrovert Econopak Plus. First our CMOS battery died, we wired a 3V battery to it and that works fine now. However now it's saying the diskette is unable to boot. The disk drive passes test, and I have installed a separate disk drive with no luck. My next step is finding a boot disk, if anyone has a copy.

if the battery failed then you will have lost all the Cmos settings it held relating to the disk drive configuration/availability. Jump into the PC setup at switch on and make sure everything is correct

I can probably help you. I am leaving tomorrow but will try to get the help you need while I am away - I am in Toronto Canada. I can probably fedex you a diskette over night, but we can also look up the BIOs settings on our machine if you don't know what they are Re: disk cylinders and all that. Where are you located. My company is Broy Engineering in Toronto.
