Splice Tape Vendor | 11 January, 2001

To all:

I searched SMTnet.com and found that http://www.tesatape.com/ sells SMD splice tape, however, "order numbers" were listed and a Tesa rep didn't know what they meant.

Does anybody know how to order SMD splice tape from Tesa? I need part numbers, if possible.

Hello Jeff If you're looking for splice tapes to join reels of taped components, or a full one to an empty end, you can get them from TopLine as #210002. wwwDummy.tv 714/898-3830 They list a web site demo for the splicing system www.tapesplicer.com. Our fine archives do contain material about splicing reels as well.

You may want to contact GWidmayer@ox3.com. OX3 Corp has over 800 different carrier tapes in stock to handle any type of component and has another 7,000 tapes that they can obtain on short notice so he may be able to help you with a SMD splice tape.
