E17 Servo Controller error on the Sony F209. How do you cancel the input of the E17 or unplug the cable? | 12 October, 2022

I received an error message from our Sony F209 pick and place machine saying E17 servo controller is in emergency stop.

It says the remedy is to cancel the input or replace the cable. where is the E17 servo controller and how do you cancel the input or replace the cable.
