Solder flux paste for Luxeon emitters | 18 January, 2006

Hello, I am wondering where I can purchase and read up on the specs for the proper solder flux pastes for Luxeon emitters. I notice in there aplication briefs they mention 380SR-flux gel and a few others but I no clue if that is a model number or what. any help would be great!

This application note suggests: * �Metals 390DH4 * �Metals LR735 * �Metals NS4029 * ESP 6412 * Cobar 380SRflux gel

Comments are: * "�Metals" is "Alpha Metals". * "ESP" probably should be "EFD"
