The Ohio Valley SMTA Chapter is pleased to invite you to our “7th Annual Member Appreciation Golf Outing”.  Golf format is a four person scramble with team prizes and skill/skins awards.

Raintree Golf & Event Center (address above) is located 4 miles north of Akron/Canton Airport (CAK)
Close proximity to main highway routes:  IS-80, US 8, IS-76, IS-77, IS-277 & US 244

Participation:  “FREE” for  SMTA Members, Sponsors & Sponsors Guests.

Included: Green Fee, Golf Cart, Practice Range, Sleeve of Golf Balls, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

When registering please indicate your choice for dinner on the registration form:

• Prime Rib Dinner
• Glazed Salmon Dinner
• Vegan - Eggplant Parmesan Dinner

“Bring a guest golfer”:   Not an SMTA Member, enter their name on the entry form and indicate dinner choice.

Cost: $80.00 payable at the outing

Team awards will follow dinner.  Enjoy networking with fellow SMTA members, production equipment manufacturers and vendors in a relaxing, fun atmosphere.

You may organize your own four-some or we will pair you up.
When registering please use the “Pairing Request” field  (after listing your company) to enter the names of players you wish to play with.

Shotgun Start:  9:00 AM

Complimentary Practice Range Open at 8:00 AM

 

Team Skills/Skins challenge $20.00 per team
Team prizes include low score and low putts
