Abstract:

Tsunami’s to Pandemics regularly disrupt the global supply chain making it critical to prepare in advance.  So what steps must you take to get ready?  Bryan Harris and Larry Wilson address how Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) helps keep manufacturing flows moving during the next crisis to hit the supply chain. Best practices to improve SRM include not only anticipation, but thorough preparation to ensure both capability and responsiveness of suppliers, particularly those most critical to maintaining product availability. Bryan and Larry share experiences from the past decade in critical resource management of the supplier chain.
